L'Hôtel de Ville — a great place for an execution!
L'Hôtel de Ville as seen from the Pont D'Arcole. That big white box is a temporary stage for some sort of event right at the former Place de Grève (nowadays called the Place de L'Hôtel de Ville), where public executions used to take place from 1310 to 1830.
