Kata Bar

Kata Bar is a small, friendly goth bar (well, as friendly as goth bars get, I suppose) in Paris' red light district, Pigalle. The bartenders are sweet and actually let me and a friend of mine choose what music to play on the bar's iTunes while we were hanging out there on a slow night. The decor is a little Halloween-y, but don't think I mean that as a bad thing! Be sure to head downstairs and check out... well, my memory is a little hazy from the few whiskey-soaked evenings I've spent there, but there's something like a thick glass panel on the floor with a dimly lit zombie underneath, staring up at you. Spooky! I like my goth bars to not take themselves too seriously. I love this place.
