Monsters in the Jardin des Tuileries

My girlfriend's father is visiting Paris from La Réunion, and he sent me these photos after a late afternoon stroll through the Jardin des Tuileries, the park that faces the courtyard of the Louvre. Scroll down for a few more.

It's great to have friends who know what you like. I'm not sure what these guys are doing there in the Tuileries or how long they're sticking around, but I'm glad I got to catch a glimpse of them before they disappear.
